Synopsis

Amidst the bustle of holiday shopping, Barnes and Jess find themselves trapped in a mall as a shooting erupts, the exits deliberately blocked. Meanwhile, Gaines, Hana, and Ortiz struggle to intervene from the outside, acutely aware that the family members of their team are among those imperiled within.
