Synopsis

At a secluded Romanian border post, a U.S. mercenary, ostensibly battling child trafficking overseas, is taken into custody. The U.S. Department of Justice suspects his associates of embezzlement, and Tate and Raines seek to persuade him to betray their leader. Their efforts complicate when the outpost comes under attack as they strive to gather incriminating evidence.
