Synopsis

The Fly Team received word of an arrest in Vienna: a disgraced ex-cabinet member, suspected of trafficking in classified documents. They were dispatched to ascertain the truth behind the allegations against him and his aide. Meanwhile, Powell found himself relegated to desk duty, a frustrating confinement.
