Specifically, the _Waldorf Salad_ episode shines; his reaction to potentially dissatisfied visitors results in a far more entertaining narrative than something sentimental. There’s so much more that could be praised. That line about "don't mention the war!" will undoubtedly become iconic, and Basil’s final appearance is truly memorable, as is Mrs. Richards—another brilliant creation. It really captures how life should be lived, doesn't it? It's perfect, timeless, and unlikely to ever be equaled or bettered. _Fawlty Towers_!
