Synopsis

A foolish wager with Dick Byrne has left Ted owing him a peculiar debt: he must strike Bishop Brennan across the rear. Just then, Len appears, accompanied by Father Jessup, a priest renowned for his biting wit. A carefully orchestrated scene unfolds, complete with cameras, a protective skirting board, watercolours, and a subtle campaign of psychological pressure aimed at unsettling Ted. The intention is to guarantee a flawless execution. But will it succeed?
