Within the looping reality of SE.RA.PH, a simmering fury takes root in Hakuno. This anger, however, becomes a strange kind of focus, lending his existence a distinct sense of direction.

With quiet dignity, Saber presented herself to Hakuno, preparing her for the trials to come. Yet, discovering a worthy opponent for battle proved a more formidable challenge than they had imagined.

Hakuno encountered Rin, a woman who identified as a Resistor. During their meeting, Hakuno learned of a grim necessity: to advance to the next stage, he was required to eliminate Shinji, the current Floor Master.

Having reached a new plateau in their journey, Hakuno and Saber are immediately beset by enemies. Just when all hope appears lost, they encounter a stranger—Rani VIII.

Rani VIII recounted to Hakuno the tale of Dan Blackmore, the Floor Master, and the reason for his perpetual inability to ascend, despite the countless lives he had lived.

Upon reaching the enigmatic third level, Hakuno encounters Alice, a digital specter dwelling in this spectral realm.

Their only escape from the repeating days lies in defeating Alice. Yet, Hakuno hesitates, even with the grim knowledge of the lives she has taken in previous iterations.

Rin prepares them for the fifth level, a place haunted by a lone Berserker. There is no floor master here, only something potentially far more dangerous.

A girl who bears a striking resemblance to Hakuno Kishinami appears. Soon after, Saber informs the male Hakuno that she is prepared to face the Berserker once more.

On the sixth floor, Hakuno and Saber were abruptly assailed by a host of figures bearing the unmistakable likenesses of Rin and Rani.
