Synopsis

In "Chorus Girl," dance instructor Franklin Adams bestows upon his deaf student the gift of hearing, a gesture fraught with the potential for irreversible loss. Similarly, in "Surrogate Father," the devoted father Evan Watkins faces the threat of losing his precocious eight-year-old daughter Amy should he fail to overcome his gambling addiction.
