The truth is, if the scenarios depicted were even close to reality, the sheer nature of the fantasies would likely lead to it being taken off the air. But thankfully, it isn’t realistic at all; instead, it's a genuinely cheerful and humorous program, which makes for a much more pleasant and comforting experience. And despite its departure from realism, the stories feel sincere and are presented remarkably well, especially considering how long it’s been on television. It's simply wonderful.
