Synopsis

Haunted by his sorrow over Crystal, Johnny Storm encounters a young woman named Frankie Raye, who shares his extraordinary abilities. Simultaneously, Terrax launches an assault on Manhattan, issuing a demand that the Fantastic Four intervene in a conflict with Galactus. During their encounter with the cosmic entity, the team discovers that Terrax had betrayed and poisoned Galactus. The effects of the poison are severe, and Galactus now faces the grim necessity of consuming Earth to survive.
