Synopsis

Declared lost, Lois reappears from the wild and accuses Stewie of her death. Driven by this accusation, Joe embarks on a search for Stewie, sparking a widespread pursuit throughout Quahog. Faced with the horrifying possibility of Stewie's guilt, Lois understands the drastic course of action she must take.
