Synopsis

Following an embarrassing wardrobe incident during a live broadcast, the FCC initiates a wave of censorship targeting Peter’s preferred television programs. In response, Peter establishes his own station, PTV, broadcasting from the Griffin residence. Along with Brian, Peter crafts provocative content for their fledgling channel, pushing boundaries until federal agents arrive to shut down PTV and enforce broader censorship across Quahog's airwaves.
