Synopsis

Peter, Quagmire, Joe, and Cleveland have established a neighborhood detective agency, and they are taken aback to learn that Chris is a thief. Simultaneously, Lois harbors concerns about Chris’s increasingly unrealistic affections for his new girlfriend, though she also recognizes a chance for Peter to emulate Chris's romantic displays.
