Synopsis

As Peter attempted to teach Meg to drive, he misjudged the distance and collided with the town's satellite dish, plunging the city into a cable blackout. He coaxed Meg into taking responsibility, promising her a car in return. Without television, Peter descended into a manic state, a condition that soon infected the entire family. Elsewhere, Stewie, affronted by his mother’s insistence on broccoli, embarked on a project to construct a device capable of eradicating all vegetables.
