Synopsis

The school's announcement of a production of "Huckleberry Finn" stirred unease within Bobby. He was deeply troubled by the novel's depiction of his character, Jim. Feeling a profound sense of outrage at the problematic content and the silence of his peers – both Black students and faculty – he organized a protest, demanding the play be removed from the curriculum.
