Synopsis

The Mason Clan and the remnants of the 2nd Massachusetts find themselves suddenly beset by a brutal onslaught from a novel Espheni war machine – and an equally terrifying, unprecedented creation. Reduced to the status of property, scattered and vulnerable, the Masons must each cultivate new alliances and unlock hidden potential to endure.
