Synopsis

Weary from repeated failures in his ambitions to conquer the world, Hector commanded General Skarr to transform Boskov into a ferocious, spiteful bear. In this altered form, Boskov effortlessly crushed Cod Commando and the entire Spork army with brutal ease, yet when General Skarr pressed him too hard, Boskov turned on Hector and Skarr himself, lashing out at their mistreatment. Now, can Dr. Ghastly devise a solution to this escalating predicament?
