Synopsis

Robert’s attempts at instructing the traffic safety course proved utterly tedious, so he resolved to rehearse his presentation for the Barone family, much to their exasperation. Hoping to inject some levity into the situation, he introduced an elaborate prop: a hand-puppet styled as a police officer, whom he dubbed Traffic Cop Timmy, and incorporated into his practice sessions.
