With unfortunate timing, Rochelle’s plans for a family outing effectively derailed Chris's last-minute study preparations for the looming PSAT. Recognizing that a strong showing on the test would significantly bolster his chances of college acceptance, Chris succumbed to temptation and resorted to dishonest means.
