Synopsis

The Japanese government is conducting an experiment in Tokyo Bay, attempting to cultivate artificial coral reefs. However, a clandestine entity has emerged and begun causing widespread disruption. Team Pied Piper is deployed to investigate, but when Ao learns that safeguarding the city from this Secret is not their primary objective, he disregards orders and moves to confront it directly.
