Synopsis

Ginny Buckley encounters a pair of Londoners with a substantial £1 million budget for a detached home in the Essex countryside – a place offering ample room for family and gatherings. Stepping away from the house viewings, Ginny visits a farmer who has discovered that the county’s distinctive climate allows him to cultivate a crop typically grown in more distant regions.
