Synopsis

Dr. Susan Lewis reappears, seeking employment within the Chicago region. Greene secures her position, despite Weaver’s reservations. Meanwhile, Chen, visibly anxious, joins Weaver for a risk management review; the purpose of the meeting is to address the recent death of a patient who had been under Chen's care.
