Synopsis

Dr. Greene flew by helicopter to a secluded corner of Indiana, responding to an urgent call for a heart transplant recipient. Mechanical difficulties arose with the aircraft, prompting Greene to redirect paramedics and arrange transport for the patient to County General. With Dr. Weaver absent for the day, Dr. Romano placed Dr. Benton in command of the Emergency Room. Meanwhile, Dr. Kovac remained deeply troubled by the death of the man he’d confronted earlier.
