Synopsis

As Anspaugh prepared to step down from his role as chief of staff, intending to refocus on surgical practice, he selected Romano to succeed him. Greene voiced concerns regarding this choice, though Weaver did not share those reservations. In turn, Weaver then appointed Weaver as the new chief of emergency medicine.
