Synopsis

Mark, still reeling from Jodi O’Brien’s departure, called in sick but found himself unexpectedly at the ER just after two a.m., an hour behind schedule, when the new chief initiated a surprise drill. Benton began to suspect his mother's prospects were diminishing. Carter and Deb engaged in a subtle rivalry.
