Synopsis

Morganstern extended an invitation for Mark to join the staff as an attending physician. During one case, Mark treated a woman with breast cancer who implored him to end her life. Deb delivered a presentation that truly impressed Benton, leaving Carter once again in the shadows. Benton inadvertently offended Haleh, and she spent the day making his work considerably more challenging. The ER received new crash carts, which were quickly taken by the cardiology department.
