Synopsis

From an offshore facility commanded by the scientist Kurama, a special task force, led by the merciless assassin Bando, is dispatched to locate Lucy on a beach in Kamakura. They find her only in her childlike "Nyu" form. Bando strikes her with a blow to the head. He then orders his partner to eliminate Nyu, but the impact triggers a reversion, and Nyu transforms back into Lucy. She swiftly dispatches Bando's companion and turns her attention to Bando himself.
