Synopsis

Eek and Annabelle were set to witness the spectacle of Elmo racing Dakota, the Terribly Dysfunctional Turtle, at the speedway. However, Dakota had been disqualified, and Elmo, faced with a formidable new competitor, lost his nerve. He then persuaded Eek to take his place in the race.
