Synopsis

The narrative centers on Mr. Mitchell, the newly appointed Head Teacher, as he embarks on a determined effort to revitalize the school. Eighteen months into his first headship, he strives to fundamentally reshape the school's character, academic performance, and public image. Yet, his aspirations are constantly tested by a formidable, and often unpredictable, force: the students themselves.
