Shirley attempted to convince Ben to see Phil, incarcerated as he was, but he waved away the suggestion. It wasn't until Derek offered him some counsel that Ben reconsidered. Mandy felt a sharp irritation when Ian announced his intention to spend time with Lucy, while Whitney was dismayed to discover she was in trouble at work following a complaint lodged by Roxy.
