Synopsis

Simon composed a new song, "Every Loser Wins," and played it for himself on the upright piano in the quiet of the late afternoon, after the shop had closed. Arthur absented himself for the day, missing the visit to the cemetery on the twenty-first anniversary of Albert's passing. Lou was displeased by this.
