Synopsis

Kuroka, Koneko's sister, has arrived with the intent of taking her away from Rias Gremory. Rias and Issei pursue them, determined to prevent this. Simultaneously, a figure who opposes the alliances between mythologies makes an appearance at the grand gathering.
