Synopsis

As Mikado pushes forward with his internal reform of the Dollars, he strives to realize his vision, a pursuit that inevitably brings him into conflict with the Yellow Scarves. Further complications arise as incidents intertwine, culminating in another eruption of unrest in Ikebukuro and deepening the narrative into a maelstrom of chaos.
