Synopsis

Bereft of communication with her brother, Seiji, Namie Yagiri seeks out Izaya's assistance in locating him. As Seiji and Mika Harima wander through Ikebukuro, they unexpectedly encounter Shizuo and Celty, triggering a frantic chase. The pursuit escalates when Celty realizes the head grafted onto Mika’s body is, in fact, her own.
