Synopsis

A being of shadow and bone, known only as the Darkling, has taken Hank captive. Now, the children must persuade the gentle Martha to aid them in a rescue, before the Darkling claims his last prize and unleashes his Winds of Darkness, extinguishing all light within the Realm. Yet Martha has borne too much pain at the creature’s hand, and desires no part in their desperate undertaking.
