Synopsis

Annie orchestrates a second, elaborate memorial for Uncle Stan, and in the process, she embarks on a project to reshape his very being, aiming to bring vitality back into his life. This coincides with his blossoming romance with their neighbor, Helen Diggins. Separately, Duncan and a companion find themselves embroiled in a petty dispute over Duncan's neck brace, a desperate attempt to avoid physical education and other unwelcome obligations.
