Synopsis

I.Q., a man of peculiar ingenuity, constructs a device designed for detoxification and subjects the Dodgers to its workings. The machine purges him of all impurities, transforming him into an ideal specimen of duck. However, both his companions and adversaries soon discover a fondness for the Dodgers as he once was.
