Synopsis

To acquire a rocket scooter from the Protectorate, Dodgers, along with the Cadet and the others, must infiltrate a rocket cycle rally on Planet Dakota. They quickly discover, however, that the event is not the illicit affair they suspected, but rather a simple gathering of enthusiasts. Undeterred, Dodgers resolves to transform these law-abiding citizens into a band of renegades.
