Synopsis

I.Q. Hi joins Dodgers and the Cadet on their yearly, chaotic journey. The two companions find themselves increasingly weary of I.Q. Hi's constant presence, and enlist the aid of the Martians in a contrived emergency. Their intention is to allow I.Q. Hi to perform a heroic feat and then depart. Alas, the Martians harbor designs on a genuine assault.
