Synopsis

The Dodgers and the Cadet found themselves confronting the Magnificent Rogue, a hypnotist with designs on submerging the world. Their efforts, however, are complicated when Rogue succeeds in ensnaring everyone in his influence, including the heroes themselves, who come to believe him the most extraordinary of all.
