Synopsis

On a diplomatic assignment to a world submerged beneath the waves, Dodgers inadvertently ignites a conflict between the dolphin and shark populations. As a consequence, Dodgers and Cadet find themselves conscripted into opposing armies, compelled to forge a path toward reconciliation.
