As Mizuki succumbed to her breakdown, Aoba was drawn into a Rhyme Field and encountered Toue. The enigmatic Toue addressed the bewildered Aoba with an air of familiarity, urging him to uncover his true self before vanishing. Aoba awoke back in the real world, but his relief was fleeting; he quickly collapsed upon seeing Mizuki unconscious.
