Synopsis

Drak, Frankie, and Howler were enjoying a vacation, but Dr. Dred was hot on their trail. He employed a weather machine – a peculiar little gold teapot adorned with a lightning bolt (which he jokingly called “a tempest in a teapot”) connected to a computer that amplified its power – to conjure a snowstorm during the summer months.
