Synopsis

Dred summoned a meeting of O.G.R.E. to unveil his latest creation: The Photo Grabber, a device capable of producing perfect copies of anything it photographs. Simultaneously, Drak and Howler were assigned as bodyguards for Frankie, who was making a deposit from his piggy bank at the 13th National Bank. Elsewhere, Toad collided with a man engrossed in photographing a butterfly. In the confusion, The Photo Grabber was inadvertently swapped with the photographer's camera. Both Dred and the Drak Pac
