The key ingredient for antibiotics is surprisingly simple: alcohol. Securing it, however, requires a formidable feat – victory in the Grand Bout. Senku and his kingdom must achieve this triumph, not only to safeguard Ruri from Magma, but also to obtain the life-saving medication for her.
