Synopsis

Arale informs Senbei that their teacher will be paying a call to their home. Aware of the need to present himself well to Miss Yamabuki, he constructs a barber robot to ensure his appearance is impeccable. Meanwhile, the criminal Joe Dunn takes Arale and Gatchan captive, failing to grasp the extent of their combined power.
