Synopsis

Josh reached out to Dr. Phil with a plea, desperate to save his brother Dustin. Years of struggle with addiction had led Dustin to one relentless battle: bulimia. Their mother, Melissa, a registered nurse, confessed her helplessness in the face of her son’s suffering. Dustin himself insisted he had exhausted every path to recovery from his eating disorder, yet nothing seemed to offer lasting relief.
