Synopsis

Samantha recounts that her mini gastric bypass surgery in Tijuana went disastrously wrong. When she expressed a desire to leave the hospital, her husband, Josh, remained and refused to assist her departure, a decision that has now exacerbated the divisions within their already strained family.
