Synopsis

According to Mercedes and her sister, Hanee, Mercedes’ fourteen-year-old daughter, Marie, possesses a sharp mind and considerable ability, yet her behavior is entirely unmanageable. This assessment is echoed by the sisters and Mercedes’ husband, Carlos, who describe Marie as profoundly violent and consistently disrespectful.
