Synopsis

At twenty-three, Jen projects an image of enviable success: striking looks, a thriving business, and a vibrant three-year-old daughter. Yet beneath this carefully constructed facade, she describes a life consumed by anxiety, a waking nightmare. She attributes much of this distress to Chris, her former boyfriend and the father of her child. Jen characterizes their relationship as deeply troubled; for the past three weeks, they had remained entirely silent. Adding to the complexity, Jen’s father,
