Synopsis

In the Thanksgiving of 2014, at his sister Ellen’s home, Jacob’s young son Blake suffered severe burns while on a treadmill at the age of two and a half. Jacob maintains that Ellen bears complete responsibility for his son's injuries and the resulting scars. His wife, Beth, reports that they were subsequently excluded from Ellen’s family gatherings.
